2017 | Cascais
One of the biggest challenging of this work were the small dimensions of the place and the already consolidated surroundings, there so, the relations between scale and proportion was since the beginning a main point. Using a clean language with contemporary details that result from a reinterpretation of language and traditional materials from the village of Cascais, the building stands as one of the others in the elevation of the street, keeping the cascalence identity and the original lines, respecting the imagination associated to the location.
